Yoga teachers (new or experienced) who want to move beyond teaching poses and start transmitting energy. If you’re curious about the subtle body, energetics, or how to become a more impactful, magnetic teacher, this is for you.
Do I need to be advanced in yoga or energy work?
Not at all. You just need a willingness to explore beyond the surface. We’ll guide you step by step through the frequency-based framework, no need to be a master of subtle anatomy or pranayama yet.
What if I can’t attend all the live sessions?
No problem. All sessions are recorded and stored in your personal portal. You’ll have lifetime access, so you can go at your own pace and revisit the content anytime.
Is this Yoga Alliance certified?
Yes. Frequency Coach is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Program. Once completed, you’ll receive a certificate for 20 hours of CECs.

Meet Mark Breadner
Mark Breadner
Mark Breadner is Australia’s longest-serving yoga educator and a renowned “teacher of teachers” with over 45 years of dedicated practice and teaching experience Yoga Therapy.
His journey began at age five, absorbing yoga from his mother in Sydney, an early spark that led him into deep personal transformation and global teaching .
After overcoming a serious injury and health challenges, Mark integrated yoga therapy techniques to not only heal himself but also empower elite athletes, working with Olympic swimmers like Ian Thorpe and pro surfers including Mick Fanning.
Today, he channels this depth into guiding yoga teachers and practitioners in transformative, energetic teaching. Mark is the creator of YogaCoach, an advanced mentorship platform which has trained thousands of teachers worldwide
His work blends ancient wisdom with modern somatic psychotherapy, empowering teachers to step into embodied presence and lead with clarity, coherence, and integrity
